Dr. Do and her staff value our patient relationships and make it our priority to deliver gentle compassionate care to each person we see. We work hard to make you feel at ease by providing exceptional care in a relaxed, convenient atmosphere. We strive to develop lifelong relationships with our patients, by combining the latest dental techniques with a professional and experienced staff. Practice Philosophy
Dr. Do firmly believes that the teeth Mother Nature gives us are the best. He believes in maintaining the natural teeth for as long as possible (hopefully a lifetime), and if treatment is required, being as conservative as the situation will allow.
Dr. Do's practice philosophy is simple...treat people with respect and honesty, and do quality work. He believes it is her responsibility to let patients know any problems they may have, and then give them the options to treat each particular problem. This includes fairly presenting all of the advantages and disadvantages of each choice. Giving the cost in time, money and tooth structure of each option, as well as all the benefits and risks of a given procedure. All this needs to be supplied so that the patient may make the best informed decision on treatment for them.
We also respect people's valuable time, never double-book patients, seeing only one patient at a time. For this reason, barring an emergency, we almost always run on time. This is how we prefer to be treated, and so it is how we treat others...rather simple, but unfortunately found all too rarely in our society.
Dr. Loan Anh Do
Dr. Loan Anh Do received her Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Irvine and later her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2018. In addition, Dr. Do has completed an Implant Fellowship at the Implant Pathway Institute in Arizona and continues to research the most recent advances in dentistry so that she may integrate them into her practice.
Dr. Do’s dental ideology when treating oral disease is to preserve the original tooth structure and has refined her techniques using state-of-the-art technology and extensive experience to accomplish her goals. Her meticulous minimally invasive approach not only keeps teeth as natural as possible but also doubles as a strategy for a gentle dentistry that results in a more stress-free experience. In addition, Dr. Do has completed various associateships and fellowships with other talented dentists that allows her to perform a wide breadth of procedures including implant placement, wisdom teeth extraction, complex root canal, cosmetic dentistry and orthodontic treatment with Invisalign.
Dr. Loan Anh Do grew up in San Diego and has lived in various cities across the United States before putting down her roots in Orange County. In addition to her life experience Dr. Do has had many experiences in various work industries such as seamstress, food industry, banking and ecological researcher to name a few prior to getting her dental degree. Her unique journey and talents have molded her into a dentist with extraordinary hand skills, a gift for understanding others’ needs as well as an aptitude for teaching others about dentistry. This combined with her strong commitment to providing patients with compassionate care translates into a dental experience of clinical excellence. For Dr. Do listening and addressing her patients’ concerns is incredibly important and Dr. Do strives to create a personalized treatment plan for your priorities and needs.
Dr. Goodman
Dr. Goodman grew up here in Orange County and attended UCLA as an undergraduate. In 1983 he took early acceptance into the University of California at San Francisco School of Dentistry, the second ranked dental school in the country. Dr. Goodman graduated there in 1987 with his Bachelors and Doctorate degrees in Dental Surgery, and was honored with the Academy of General Dentistry Award for outstanding senior student.
He returned to Southern California and associated, and then purchased a family dental practice that had been long established in Anaheim. His easy-going bedside manner and committment to excellence has allowed his practice to thrive for over 30 years. He treats people with respect and in many cases treats three generations in the same family.
Dr. Goodman keeps all of his licenses current and stays up to date on the latest topics in dentistry with memberships in the Orange County Dental Study Club and the Orange County Endodontic Study Group. He is committed to providing the best individualized treatment for each patient’s specific wants and needs, and always takes the time to answer any questions you may have.
Sandy –Receptionist
Sandy has been in the dental field for 40 years, the last year with Dr. Goodman. She has both front office and back office experience, being a Registered Dental Assistant for 35 of those years. She is most likely the first person to greet you in person and on the phone. She will be happy to assist you in making appointments, answering any billing or insurance questions or just having a nice chat. You will find her to be friendly and knowledgeable, always striving to make your visits as pleasant as possible.
Monica, Registered Dental Hygienist
Monica has worked for Dr. Goodman for 30 years and has a strong following of patients who love her. Her gentle touch and warm personality make even the most nervous patient feel at home.You will find Monica to be an incredible resource and partner in maintaining your oral health.
Bruce, Registered Dental Hygienist
Bruce has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 15 years and grew up locally. He is kind, gentle and thorough and will make getting your teeth cleaned something to look forward to every six months. He will also play your favorite music while getting your teeth cleaned as he has an extensive music library on his phone.
